my position is that, while the causal chain is obscured, it is Christians in general believing that they can judge foreigners and not be judged that excuses all that--that allows it, makes it flourish. I am hardly the first to make the connection, i am just parroting it. You can't answer evil with evil. "Well, they are all lost" = "I am superior, and they are inferior, because this verse."

oh, quite possibly. whatever it takes to get you worried, and no longer judging by the fruit. That line might have started it. How many attempts on your life have you evaded so far? Your friends?
