Because the motion to dismiss/acquit is skewed favorably to the Pros, I don't believe there's any chance this Judge will do so. Even if the motion were skewed towards the Def, I doubt this Judge would do it.
She barely gives the Def approval to approach on sidebar. She, at times, helps with objections. She claimed there was no Richardson violation when the ME changed his story, told Pros and the info wasn't forwarded.

Motion denied.
Judge bringing Jury in to have the State officially rest its non-existent, drummed up, racially motivated case.
Judge will ask Jury if they wish to begin today with the Def case, or wait until Monday to begin.
