Well we went southern tonight. Pork chops, fried potatoes, green beans, biscuits and gravy.

We had lima beans that I had cooked down for a long time....very long time with pork roast in them.. very good actually. Even my kids eat them. lol

hey thanks... I got a new computer..my old one is just on it's last leg....and the kids made me get internet at home again.... I don't know how good that is though... it is 12:07 and I have to work tomorrow.

We've had a crock of homemade beans with brown sugar and molasses in the oven since late morning. Just took those out and replaced it with a potato scallop. I made dessert - Apple Bars - kind of a cross between Apple Crisp and Date Squares (but with apples instead of dates). Just put those in the oven as well.
Also made homemade bread.
