Oh please. (pardon the x-rated material here, folks) Hooter's has women in t-shirts, most of which are well-endowed in the chest region. And that's different than what? It's not like they were tight, infant-sized t-shirts that barely covered. It was really no different than any other waitress, or female in general who wears a t-shirt.
It's all about the name. People hear the name and think it's some strip club or something.
You could rename McDonald's to McHooters and it'd be no different . . . other than they'd wear t-shirts and shorts instead of polo shirts and pants.
