Bump.

Paul had an extensive education. Also Jesus, Paul, and the other disciples didn't make claims to achievements that they had not done.

YAWN

Pick any of the following:

1) Disciples walked with Jesus and were personally discipled by the Son of Man for 3 years

2) Disciples lived in the time, culture, setting of when the Bible was written, meaning they have a natural understanding of what was originally meant and all the nuances that give a completed meaning to what was recorded.

3) Despite this, the tradition of being students existed in the 1st Century, as is evidenced by Paul's letter to Timothy, and his exhortation to "Study, show yourself approved."

Or unless a man has three of four sock puppets he can't post on a forum.

The website does not list faculty. It's a rag tag site thrown up. Looks like all degrees are conferred by "South Eastern University USA" - is this the knock-off version of the Southeastern University?

Having "sat at the feet of Gamaliel," Paul would have acquired the equivalent of a doctorate if he completed the whole course of study. Also, Paul was fluent in at least two, probably three languages.

Right....so let's argue about whether or not so and so has a PH.D. If he does, then he can participate in the debate. If not, he can sit on the pot and read the Bathroom Reader series for the rest of his life.

Of course that education brought him to ruin and deception and only for the grace of God was he actually able to get saved and delivered from that education LOL

What you say is true. The idea of studying, when Paul used the word, had a meaning to Paul as well that was quite common in Judaism.
