Maybe it's nothing; but man, the Jury had to have left wondering why he seemed so nervous and uncomfortable (wiping his face with his hankie, shifting around, laughing nervously, speaking out of turn) while the Def was looking at his personal notes.
They're not supposed to have contact with the attorneys once they've been sequestered as a witness; so I'm wondering if something in his notes reflects any contact with someone else...either Pros, state agency, the special pros, etc. Or if it shows a bias towards the Pros, ie notes to emphasis the pain and suffering TM was in after being shot, his reference to TM as a "boy" and continual reference to his age...
Hopefully we'll know more after the recess. It's too bad they can't be entered in as evidence.
