TS, why does it matter what those multiple elders are CALLED? LOL! You aren't really making any points here.

If there's a pastor with an ASSISTANT or several assistants or co-pastors or different staff members...aren't they all basically elders in the church? Why do you care what they are called? Would you be happier if the co-pastor was called an elder?

Yes Bishop,Pastor,Elder are synonymous words in the bible.

only if they had the same level of authority, Seems when there are multiple pastors today, there is one that is in charge and the others were under him.
I don't see senior elders in the Bible and others under him, The churches had multiple elders running it not a senior elder with jr elders under him
