Welcome to Tennessee! (Even though I live way over on the northeastern part.)

Okay, before you get here, there are some things you have to know that I wish people would have told me:
  • People here really do wear shoes (except the meth addicts, and you'll recognize them immediately);
  • People who live in Tennessee really do have all of their teeth (except the meth addicts, and you'll recognize them immediately);
  • People in Tennessee actually go to college...and have really good jobs (except the meth addicts, and you'll recognize them immediately);
  • IF by any chance you have that sinful TV, you will notice that when the local news does its man-on-the-street interview, IT WILL BE THE METH ADDICT. It never fails. That's what gives Tennessee that stereotypical mentality.

Okay, before anybody starts fussing at me for not having compassion on the drug users, I was just being funny. I want them to be saved just as much as anyone else. Go easy on me, okay?

D: Happy moving!

Ok, that was really funny and so true about the news. They find the dorkiest people to interview in all the small towns!! We just dread it when they have locals on!

I love the way they ALWAYS, WITHOUT FAIL, find the biggest hick on the block to interview. No front teeth and big pot belly with a redneck accent talking about the crisis of the moment!

Stereotypes are hard to shake!! People who don't know think folks from Nashville are all country hicks. Actually, Nashville is a melting pot where people have transferred to from all over the country. It's rare to find a native Nashvillian!

Nashville is modern, educated, and has a vibrant economy. Williamson County is one of the wealthiest counties per capita in the entire US.

Some may not agree or care. Not withstanding, I am so excited about you guys stepping into grace and being propelled into His purpose.

I am so happy that God has opened this door and am confident that you are on the verge to seeing the fulfillment of the promises He's made for you and your family.

I love you and Godspeed.

I bet you would have had a much different message for her/them had they decided to move to assist Brother Becton in TN instead...

give me a break...

That was pretty cold and uncalled for, considering the tone of the message you were responding to. Ah revelation coming... another legalist who places word above spirit, and void of agape? No other explanation for one who would taint a heart message between brother and sister.

Say, I can't seem to get to his cold and uncalled for response because of your cold and uncalled for response.
