Unfortunately, Brother Paul Dugas wasn't much for fellowshipping with his district. And, since your former pastor was the DS during much of Bro. Dugas's 'glory days' of publishing the Contender, I can understand why you never did hear of him, as some of the things Bro Dugas published were not very complimentary of the UPC. Brother Philip Dugas is much different than his brother.
