Yes and I also forget he was in Ca last so it will probably be somewhat cheaper.

Especially in the area REVR is in...the Stockton area is unbelievably high...it has not been unusual for a newer 1500 sq ft home to go for more than $300,000 if I heard right...

That sounds similar to the Kilpatrick turnpike area where they have only million dollar homes right around the hospital there. Beautiful homes but you can go right down about 2 exits and find them for half that or less and just as nice...

Before moving make sure you don't have any Texas Longhorn logo clothing!!! Especially if you move to Norman.

A Longhorn fan recently had his manhood almost ripped off by foolishly wearing Longhorn apparel into an OK bar. (I am sure a few words were exchanged and a lot of booze was consumed before the attack also).

So so so so true!!!!!!!!!!!!! My son wore a longhorn shirt to school his first day we lived there!!! ROFL

He was marked for a longgggggg time! Until he wore an OU one then he was ok... then when our church started working concessions for all the OU games and some of his friends got to come to games free when they helped us they really were cool with the "kid who liked Texas" LOL
