and it has nothing to do with cant pay............pure and simple.... I just dont like it.........i voted FOR higher dues..........I give in the offereing......to me it is like they are saying.....hey, you are not doing your part........
Just curious... do you really tip 30%-40% on a routine basis at restaurants? If so, that is commendable.

Being that there is a 500,000 dollar shortfall on expense of conference wouldn't it be more prudent to apply the cost across the board for Hotel Rooms for officials... car rental... and so on... ???

and how is the short fall divided? Where does it come from?

Almost always.....we do not eat expensive steaks and such at a steak house for instance....many times we share a meal.... I do not want the waiter to feel or be cheated as most people will spend more for a meal......plus most Pentecostals are cheap.......but to answer your question it is a very very rare happening that it is less than 20% and there are many times I will tip 15.00 on a 30.00 meal......just the way I am........

And to think, many on here think you are not liberal!

I too tip a minimum of 20%. I want folks where I dine to get happy when I come in the door and stand ready to serve me. It is a two way blessing!
