*SOLUTION
Get A 1973 UPCI Ministerial Directory and Match Up
The Foreign Missionary District Directors To Their
Respective Positions In The Photo -

Compare the photo's
and
See Why I Believe That The Minister
Standing In Row # 3 as Person # 2
Is R Gordon Jackson

{he was pastoring in Biluxi Mississippi that year} -

Brother Jones,

I don't know if you knew R. G. Jackson or not. He pastored in Jackson Tenn for many years. I think he also pastored down in Gulfport too. But, take a look at the gentleman that some are calling R.G. Jackson and tell me if that is not T.C. Bonnette of Oakdale, Ennis Bonnette's brother. I know you know brother T.C. Bonnette. I believe Tim Landry had him properly identified.

That, beyond a shadow of a doubt, is T.C. Bonnette. About 5 or 6 years ago, while pastoring Camp Eight, Donelle Spurgeon had a special service to celebrate Bro. Bonnette and I was commissioned to put together a huge slide show of photos of the Bonnettes. This is definitely him.

He would have been pastoring in Oakdale at this time and was on the FM Board for as long as I could remember. Here is a tidbit from an article by Bro. Dan Scott from 1998. It lists the foreign missions board from 1979.

In 1979 the Foreign Missions Board consisted of Harry Scism, general director; Edwin E. Judd, secretary; Robert Rodenbush, coordinator of Overseas Ministries; J. S. Leaman, promotional director; and board members R. P. Bell, T. C. Bonnette, J. C. Cole, Fred Kinzie, Wayne Rooks, F. V. Shoemake and Carl Stephenson.

Yep
Told you that I knew Bro Coy -

Did you ever hear about us " Tradin Chickins " ?

{Your Mom and Tom were about the same age}

Back in the late '40s I would sing on
R G Jackson's live Radio program in Corinth
every Saturday when he Pastored the Church
in Henderson Tennessee.

I had a major Head On Auto Accident that totaled
my Black '57 Chevy 2dr Bel Air Hardtop at the Gorham
turn-off on Illinois Rte 3 on June 8th 1957 and we were
transported to the Murphysboro Hospital.

We were scheduled to be in Revival with the Jacksons
in the Murphysboro Illinois Church.
Bro & Sis Jackson took my wife to South Bend while I
spent 4 long weeks recouperating and Sears Allstate
Insurance Company had a replacement '57 Chevy sent
to the Grob Chevrolet Dealership in Murphysboro, Ill.

I knew that you would know too.

I knew brother R.G. Jackson of Tennessee for many years, as I also knew Bro. Bonnette. Brother Bonnette's looks has changed very little over the years. I mistakenly said that Bro. Jackson pastored in Jackson...hahaha.... Too many Jacksons.

Is Ennis Bonnette still pastoring? Gracious! Is he still alive?

Speaking of Vora Shoemake, did someone tell me that we recently lost Bobye Shoemake?
