Since both films are secular, and deal with hormonal disfunction. Some portions have some off color language. So, be forewarned. But like I said in my previous post, Game Changers is Vegan Propaganda. James Cameron used his Terminator Arnold "be back" Schwarzenegger to sell this film. Arnie isn't a vegan, he isn't even vegetarian. When I first heard of this video "Game Changers" and heard that Schwarzenegger was advocating a vegan diet, I rolled with laughter. Arnold Schwarzenegger was brought to this country by Joe and Ben Weider. Joe Weider taught Arnold Schwarzenegger how to manipulate to succeed in the health industry. Arnold Schwarzenegger was able to take that teaching and succeed in entertainment and politics.
But whether or not Arnold Schwarzenegger, or James Cameron have an agenda (everyone has an agenda) we must analyze the data. Bean burritos do not raise your testosterone. If they did Taco Bell would be more sought after then Viagra. Also Nate Diaz is a pescatarian, NOT a vegan or vegetarian. there are other reasons why the fight went to Nate Diaz, but since the viewers aren't fighters, or follow the UFC, you wouldn't know. Again, the film is Vegan Propaganda.

Mankind was intended to rule the world with benevolence and peace but instead rules through violence fear and dread for now.

Re: Meal prepping for the week
I had bacon and eggs this morning for breakfast.i was dealing with a little indigestion from it and it made me think about a meat diet.i personally wouldn't want to go without meat but I also wouldn't want to go meat only. I am going to try eating meats for breakfast. For example: I am gonna try eating a meat witheggs breakfast. nuts - hard cheese - strawberry's for lunch, and a all vegetable dinner. Gonna try to eliminate my wheat intake. I have been wanting to see how it makes me feel with out gluten.

I’ve been gluten free for 10 years, coming from an Italian family that was hard for me to do. Within a couple days I noticed a difference with my digestion, and from that point on have been gluten free.

Re: Meal prepping for the week
Anyone ever tried Einkorn Flour? It is easier to digest, does not spike insulin levels, and seems to be an alternative for those sensitive to gluten.
