No. I don't "smoke pot". I've discussed medical cannabis at length, and explained that yes, I did try some once in Amsterdam at a place called Barney's. This gives the peanut gallery the fodder they need to propagate lies. This is the kind of lie that is libel, and frankly, a revelation on who is a liar and who is not, seeing that I was just being honest about a past experience.
You can't believe a word they say. It will always be an exaggeration and distortion.

Chris, when was the last time you smoked? Was the last time when you were in Amsterdam?

I would imagine that I would signal something off, too.

I was only teasing.
But in saying that, my Pastor's daughter once told me of a time they visited a snake handling church. She said she remembered that there was something along the lines of a "Wall of Shame" where pictures of those hang that had died from snake bits. Those, of course, that lacked the faith they needed.

Anyone who had been bitten and died are not thought to be in sin.
They believe it was just their time to die.

That could very well be true in some cases, but certainly not in all. I'm quite sure there are some groups out there that believe if a believer dies after handling a snake that they lacked the faith they needed.
