No - I am just saying - for someone that lives in a one bedroom apt - they have no concept of someone living in a $3 M apartment overlooking central park. Anything can be learned. But the truth is that the words he preaches are from the Bible, anointed word. I believe he is anointed. God has given them the opportunity to reach thousands. I think that when people in this movement see others outside the movement growing they never, never give God the praise. They always say it is "natural talent." The fact is that "natural talent" also comes from God. He allows it. If you have the HG you have an anointing, plain, simple.

If you recall, Eddie Long Prophecied to his People that if they invested in Mark Hanby's Religious TV network (Kingdom Truth) They would become millionaires. The whole thing was a fraud and was connected with Earl Paulk. a lot of people lost money.

Thad - I was there and never heard him actually prophesy about it - but I did hear him HIGHLY recommend and promote it and they RAN - Preachers and all to sign up. I felt horrible at the time and God knows - I thought MH was one of the most brilliant men I had ever heard preach. I could still listen to him for hours. (I wonder what is wrong with me at times!)

Be that as it may - I knew of his past money deals and knew that it was a scheme and tried to tell several people not to invest. The sad thing was - there was MANY MAJOR preachers that ran to sign up and I mean - to the tune of MILLIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO the people followed. They kept telling them - now - this is not a Ministry investment and there are no promises and took up millions like it was going out of style!!!!!!!!!!
I thought it was INSANE then and knew they would never get a dime back!

Well I think that is an absurd and arrogant viewpoint and I disagree. BTW they can give that stuff away and NOT give in to the demands they live high on the hog

Not all reporters are liberal or liars, but many feel the same way about preachers and Pastors. I am sure there are bad ones all around in different places

How would we know they did wrong if not for someone reporting on it? As for the person in the park, how does that relate to me? I have no problem with a reporter reporting on that...and in fact it WAS in the news.

Anyone can learn to preach a certain style and do it from the bible. Natural talents DO come from God but even Louis Farrakan can preach!

If I saw someone growing IN "this movement" (whatever that is) and not rather reaching more souls...because HIs kingdom growing is what we are supposed to be about and not OUR kingdom growing, I would feel the same way. Simply growing in numbers is NOT true Kingdom Growing....gaining membership is NOT true Spiritual growth. Gaining wealth is NOT true Spiritual growth. converting the lost is growth...

If the POAs grow..that means nothing to me. But if the POA are genuinely reaching sinners and converting them to Christ...that is growth.

BTW I never said Randy did NOT have anointing. I was pointing out just being a "good preacher" does not necessarily mean anything

IMO this speaks of deeper issues on the part of the giver and the recievers.
