He most certainly is! Why would he not be so? We have not made it to heaven yet.

Do you suppose when the writer spoke of not exercising himself in things to high for him that this might be included?

I disagree. God is speaking about the earth. Do you believe universal salvation?

How do we conclude that this means we no longer will sin? (we will enter and go out no more?)

Doen't Isaiah say something about the kings going in and out of the new Jerusalem?

James 2
12 So whenever you speak, or whatever you do, remember that you will be judged by the law of love, the law that set you free. 13 For there will be no mercy for you if you have not been merciful to others. But if you have been merciful, then God's mercy toward you will win out over his judgment against you.

and even tho we make it to heaven, it doesnt mean we still dont mess up and sin here, we make the choice to do wrong often - God forgives us b/c we have enough sense to ask him..

Heaven, when and IF any of us are fortunate enough to be granted the promised privilege of residing there eternally (a hope that we each, as Holy Ghost filled, born-again saints who have been washed in the pure blood of the Lamb of God and bear the name of JESUS, now possess in these earthern vessels), will be a place that is VOID of sin, therefore its inhabitants CANNOT commit sin! Through what means might one commit sin where there will be NO sin?

Is it not written in Isaiah 65:17 that God will create "new heavens and a new earth: and the FORMER SHALL NOT BE REMEMBERED, nor come into mind"? My desire is to go to a place where I will no longer remember the things of this life, including its trials by which I might forfeit my promised reward, and to reside forever in a place that is WITHOUT even the remotest possibility of my committing sin of any kind. That is not my present predicament, for I know that as long as I am alive upon the earth within this earthern shell, called a body of flesh, I am constantly subjected to things which could, in a moment of weakness of inattention, cause me to lose this promised "hope" that I now have in God.

Yes he does even to the Devil himself. Hell is a place of purification not punishment.
