Why are Pentecostals so hateful??

In all the years I spent in the UPC and of all the different churches/pastors that I observed that held those "fellowship lines". The one thing in common that most if not all had was the tendency to criticize period. That is what seemed to bind them together. The reason I say this is because other neighboring pastors that pretty much held the same standards and didn't run in their circles were always more supporting of the org. It was its own form of rebellion. I speaking about a particular district where 95% of the churches where pretty conservative.
