Are we seriously finding way's to justify this murder? George Zimmerman is not being threatened with the death penalty although...he took someone's life. No matter how you twist and turn it, George Zimmerman was in the wrong, even if we say that Trayvon Martin was not completely innocent, did he deserve to lose his life? I don't know whsat evidence could arise that would justify this man killing this teenager. NONE. If the whole scenario stayed the same except Trayvon Martin also had a gun and shot and killed George Zimmerman first because Zimmerman was following him or hit him, would your views be that Martin was innocent? Forget about the color of their skin, George Zimmerman made a mistake and it cost a teenager his life. No matter how much evidence arises, unless it involves Trayvon Martin having a weapon you won't convince me that Zimmerman was justified in this shooting. I guess if this was your teenager we all would feel different? Of course not, Zimmerman was justified in killing this kid.

Or rather are you seriously finding ways to make it a murder before it goes to trial?

This happened in Florida where citizens are allowed to defend themselves with a weapon. If TM attacked Z then it may be Z had a LEGAL RIGHT to do what he did
But as I said over and over, that is for a jury to decide after having examined all the facts and not wanna be judge and juries operating on emotions.
