Nah. This is so wrong Ferd. I feel sad that I have to disagree with this view whomever may hold it. And then to politely agree to disagree.

When I vote for somebody, I am saying that I hold confidence in the person I vote for...that I recommend that person to be the leader in a job that represents me and my interests, as well as all of America's interests. Lately, that is not happening. The only interests that are being represented are Big Corporate interests. Read the Book "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man" for details and The Shock Doctrine. These are in-depth timelines that we as Americans missed what was going on around the world while we either partied or slept through the 70s and 80s.

I will not be reduced to voting against somebody by voting for somebody. That is just not right. And it is not the right way to handle an election with unsuitable candidates.

These people that are "elected" by the American people do not hold our Constitution as the law of our land, even though they take an oath to uphold and protect it's laws. America does not hold them accountable.

A democratically controlled Congress passed this law without equitable input from the republicans. The republicans say....if you elect me, I will leave no stone unturned, no mountain high enough that I cannot cross it, no ocean too deep for me to get this horrid bill overturned!!! Yet, did they do that when they returned to being the majority in Congress?

Someone here says Romney declares he will repeal it on his first day in office! That's another Romney ain't a gonna do anything of the sort.

Face it folks. America is going to be included in Revelation 13. You will get the mark if the Lord tarries or you will die. Supreme Court Justice John Roberts was told in his confirmation hearing by then Senator Joseph Biden that he will rule on human chipping before his tenure was over. It will be mandated by the Supreme Court after Congress passes laws to mandate RFID chipping.

When you get those mandated vaccinations that cause massive inflammatory reactions in the body and seriously harm your children, you will have no recourse because if you were paying attention, you will find that laws were passed a few years ago that you just may not be able to sue the pharmaceutical companies that make those bogus vaccines.

Trust me...healthcare freedom is over. I talk with physicians...there is an agenda. Some folks will rue the day this happened.

Yep. I said that before. Let's see if republicans are real men and women or mice.

Hey...maybe the democrats are the mice because aren't elephants supposed to be afraid of mice?

Thank you. I had to make sense of the world and the people I am surrounded by and this scripture just leaps out to me time and time again.

Chief Justice Roberts Is A Genius

Before you look to do harm to Chief Justice Roberts or his family, it’s important that you think carefully about the meaning – the true nature — of his ruling on Obama-care. The Left will shout that they won, that Obama-care was upheld and all the rest. Let them.

It will be a short-lived celebration.

Here’s what really occurred — payback. Yes, payback for Obama’s numerous, ill-advised and childish insults directed toward SCOTUS.

Chief Justice Roberts actually ruled the mandate, relative to the commerce clause, was unconstitutional. That’s how the Democrats got Obama-care going in the first place. This is critical. His ruling means Congress can’t compel American citizens to purchase anything. Ever. The notion is now officially and forever, unconstitutional. As it should be.

Next, he stated that, because Congress doesn’t have the ability to mandate, it must, to fund Obama-care, rely on its power to tax. Therefore, the mechanism that funds Obama-care is a tax. This is also critical. Recall back during the initial Obama-care battles, the Democrats called it a penalty, Republicans called it a tax. Democrats consistently soft sold it as a penalty. It went to vote as a penalty. Obama declared endlessly, that it was not a tax, it was a penalty. But when the Democrats argued in front of the Supreme Court, they said ‘hey, a penalty or a tax, either way’. So, Roberts gave them a tax. It is now the official law of the land — beyond word-play and silly shenanigans. Obama-care is funded by tax dollars. Democrats now must defend a tax increase to justify the Obama-care law.

Finally, he struck down as unconstitutional, the Obama-care idea that the federal government can bully states into complying by yanking their existing medicaid funding. Liberals, through Obama-care, basically said to the states — ‘comply with Obama-care or we will stop existing funding.’ Roberts ruled that is a no-no. If a state takes the money, fine, the Feds can tell the state how to run a program, but if the state refuses money, the federal government can’t penalize the state by yanking other funding. Therefore, a state can decline to participate in Obama-care without penalty. This is obviously a serious problem. Are we going to have 10, 12, 25 states not participating in “national” health-care? Suddenly, it’s not national, is it?

Ultimately, Roberts supported states rights by limiting the federal government’s coercive abilities. He ruled that the government can not force the people to purchase products or services under the commerce clause and he forced liberals to have to come clean and admit that Obama-care is funded by tax increases.

Although he didn’t guarantee Romney a win, he certainly did more than his part and should be applauded.

And he did this without creating a civil war or having bricks thrown through his windshield. Oh, and he’ll be home in time for dinner.

Brilliant.
talk about best spin possible. the simple answer is NO IT IS NOT CONSTITUTIONAL! He said it was a tax. SHOW ME THE EVIDENCE!!! What type of tax? He cannot show what type. Instead of running around like a idiot making such idiotic decisions that are totally fabricated and making up stuff. JUDGE WHAT IS WHAT NOT MAKE THING WHAT YOU WANT! PATHETIC!

Even if he had read it (and I would bet the farm he has not) I don't think he or anybody short of a lawyer would understand it.

I read some details today I had not seen before that indicate not only higher taxes for those of us who actually work but also a lot greater expense to employers because insurance rates are going to go up based on all of the new coverage the law says they have to provide.

Higher costs for employers will most likely mean less people hired and more outsourcing to avoid the cost.

It is amazing how so many gullible people think you can just get things for free. Oh wait, I almost forgot that 1/2 of Americans don't even pay any income tax, that the rest of us are paying their way. Get off your butt and get an education or technical training to get a decent job where you can get insurance is what I say!

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.

"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.

"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."

Re: Sad Faces at GOP TV

See the problem is this was too much, too soon.

They should start healthcare reform one issue at a time and see how it works out
