Daniel my friend, you do have a way of making me laugh.

I wouldn't have any problem if I knew that he was genuinely converted if he didn't mind wearing a pillowcase over his head. The pillowcase would look a lot better.

Meanwhile, I showed this to my wife. We are both laughing our non tatooed heads off.

Since this is very visible and everyone will see it everytime, then I would say some sort of disclaimer would be in order, unless alienating the audience is the intended goal.

You can't influence someone and offend them at the same time. So if there is something about you that you know causes offense, and its something you can't help or change, then an explanation will be necessary, whether it is fair or not.
Very sensible post ... Annie.

We love to ostracize people!!!!!!!!!

That's insane, it's really no ones business, this is between him and His maker. I really don't want hear a pastor get up explain how he cheated on his wife before he preach~

I'll bite, nope! He need not say anything, nor should he feel the need to share. Now if someone take him aside or say he brings it up, and ask, "hey brother why you do such a thing", it's up to him to say I'd rather not discuss it, or sure I'll talk about it.
But the deal is this, would you go up to someone and ask them to publicly announce how they were disfigure , or ended up in a wheelchair because of drinking or whatever the cause, do they have to renounce that to the whole church or a pastor? No! I think what you have are nosy gossiping saints who enjoy inflecting self righteousness on other who don't walk the walk or fit the mold. But if he like most, he'll be more then happy to share what God has done for him~

Yes he would have to have a head transplant. If God could save him, he could help him through the surgery...
