In other words, conversation pieces. I guess the Hindu women have the right idea having the dot in the middle of their foreheads in that it sets them apart as well. Purple hair and a green scarf would also cause a similar "separation".

Re: Favorite Songs?
Matt, in one statement, I think you just put yourself in the same approximate category with me and about 4-5 others here on this forum.
Randy, I thought I liked that song until I heard the whole thing. I agree with some of what they said, but the charicterization that the song gave left a bad taste in my mouth. I thought that song was only about too inches deep and more hype than annointing. I do not mean to offend anyone who likes this song.

Haha! Didn't say I liked it... just that I was surprised that someone didn't peg it as the ultimate worship song... They used to sing in in church and the crowd would go wild. I also am no longer a Pentecostal in most senses of the word.
I don't like that Kari Jobi song either... I think it sensualizes Jesus. And hearing men sing it is even creepier. I didn't want to say that when I thought it was the song that someone was looking for and was just trying to be helpful.
Sorry...the title of the thread was 'your fav'... should have just stuck to that...

For a moment I thought you were talking about the "Moving Right Along" song from the Muppet Movie soundtrack and was thinking "OK, I will have to explain I was being sarcastic!" then realized it was about the "I'm a Pentecostal" one. LOL

Re: Favorite Songs?
What makes one a pentecostal?
It sure ain't standards.
I consider myself an Apostolic.

This is one of my favorites, Bro. Don Johnson singing the song he wrote, "I Can't Complain"

Sorry, I should have quoted you, but I did not want that video in the quote, however it just dawned on me that I was being a bit of an idiot about that. Things like that do not carry over into a third party quote. I think I missed the Muppet Movie post you did.
By the way, another classic would be...
I Wanna Hippopautamus for Christmas!
Another couple of my favorite songs,
Jesus Got Hold of My Life
Meeting in the Air.
