I didn't say run for a Bishop. I said run for G.S.. Bishop is a God called office. It is found in scriptures. For that office, you must be the husband of one wife. G.S. is not a God called or ordained office. It is not found in the scriptures. So what would disqualify you from THAT office? I suspect that you probably could do as good of a job as some and maybe better than most.

Whadayasay?

Bro. Scott,

I thought that you WERE a Bishop. If you are not, you ought to be. I don't think we could find a better man than you to fill that high office than you.

You also have a very blessed wife to have had a husband of your calibre for all of these 17 years. The only way that she could have been more blessed would have been married to you for 18 years.

Brother Strange ,I do fill in at my church for the Pastor ,and sometimes very but rarely preach out ,but I don't Pastor or oversee a church as such.
But there is one rule of thumb I follow I never teach my views over my Pastor's or another minister ,if I disagree with a man over a issue I never give my side in a Pastor's church.

God sent or self sent? I think it's wrapped up pretty much in this scipture that I love so much.

"In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps." (Prov. 16:9)
