I've heard of denominational churches merging, were the congregations you mention Apostolic?
Years ago here in Cincinnati, a small Apostolic church in a poor area (don't know what organization, if any) chose a pastor from a large church (PAW) to also pastor their assembly. The 2 churches merged and bought a larger building. That pastor is still over the large church. He's Bishop Bower who was Presiding Bishop of the PAW a few years ago. I had only been in his church once and I don't really know anything about the small church that was merged or absorbed.

We just hired a bi-vocational youth pastor and uped our bi-vocational youth pastor to uni-vocational assistant pastor. Last month we bought all new screen software and computer system, new sound recording system, we are laying new floor in our gym/family center..... no problems here..

Didn't the Israelites suffer the first half of the plagues but not the second half?

Yes, they were Oneness Pentecostal.
One was a young church, the other more established.

We have felt some of the crisis however the Lord has met our needs...maybe through things like this we learn to trust HIM more...

Y'all aint seen nuttin' YET!
Buckle yer seat belts, batten down the hatches, tighten the neck strap of your helmet, you are in for a storm, a thrashing and a whoopin' like you can't eeeeeeven imagine.
When it is finally over though....happy days, clear sunlight, calm seas and gentle winds. The Prince of Peace will be on board as a result of praying like this nation has never done before.

All those who proclaim that the world is ending and the economy is moments from total collapse, will eventually be right.
If I were to publish my vision that a giant asteroid will fall from the sky and devastate the planet this year -and proceed to make the same prediction every single year, I will (statistically) get it right on at some point.
