Well let's see-

I guess I would be thinking more of the details of the get together part.
I know some mention singing, would you want some inspirational thoughts during any of this time? You know, mention who attending is a pastor, what churches are represented (or want to be represented) --let some of the pastors say a little something.

Perhaps talk about some of the most memorable moments on the forum, topics ect.

Perhaps a slide presentation of some of the pictures that have been shared over the past few years.

We could have games, skits, ect.

As far as time away from the gathering part--

I dread shopping sometimes, I rather just sit around and chat- perhaps give folks a choice.

Keith likes golf, just doesnt do it often-he would rather fish!

I worked for a Federal Judge who when he wanted to talk to his sons - I would "take a letter". For those that don't remember that term - He would dictate a letter for me to type and mail to them. They all lived on the same street!

I thought - Good grief! Call your sons on the phone!!!!
