My doctor shared with me about how the structure of the skeleton works.
He showed me folds in my back that were placed there from carrying so much weight.
He shared with me why my feet were smaller.
Less mass pushing down on my feet.
My body went back to it's original state by exercise and weight loss.
My legs stopped hirting my feet stopped hirting.
I could were a shorter sleeve shirt.
Because there was less fat under my arms to fill up the shirt.
Take a 75 lb bag of salt and throw it on your shoulders and see how you reposition your feet and back to handle the weight.
It is a gradual change as you put on weight over a period of years.
he showed me the bottom of my shoes when he first told me you need to lose weight.
He took my shoes and flipped them over and showed me that my left shoe had uneven wearing on the inside at the tip near my big toe.
He told me that is your tipping point.
You balance with that foot and apply pressure each time you stand up and each step you take with your left foot.
After getting to 175 and having new shoes.
I looked at the bottom of the same brand shoe as when I was 255.
Guess what the shoes were wearing even.
I told the doctor...
He told me your body has regained it's designed alignment.
I am going to do everything I can to get back to 185 over the next few weeks....
