They enhance a Christians walk as about as much as visiting here and arguing with someone does.
You have never argued a subject on a forum? You don't feel strongly about any subject that you would argue your position? I do believe I have argued with you in the past, and have been on the same side with you arguing a position against another individual who had opposed the position we were defending.
We have done that on FCF, NFCF, and maybe here. Don't rememeber right now. Yet, I was asking a question about the Star Trek movie, and I think I have my answer.

I'm asking a question, what is wrong with you people?
Sometime I think you guys act like abused dogs, if someone lifts their hand to scratch their head you crouch down and start growling.
What? Don't you see I am the one asking the question? I'm the one who is discussing the topic here?
What are you talking about?
At this point you have lost sight about whatever I was trying to ask.
You are having a conversation based on your assumptions about what and why I was asking the question.
You don't really want an answer. You simply make your point in the form of an "innocent" question. Classic passive aggressive behavior. Maybe that's why no one takes your questions seriously
Just a thought.

Those books teach anything about the gospel? just curious
BTW when did saints start going to movies??
My dear friend, saints have been going to movies all the time. They do not refer to them as movies but, as VIRTUAL BOOKS or sometimes VISUAL BOOKS, depending upon the saint you are talking to.

Yes, I did want an answer, really I wanted a discussion. That wasn't going to happen, which became obvious by your knee jerk responses based on assumptions.

I guess it wasn't so simple, I had to continually ask the question over and over again. Here is the end result.

Passive aggressive? I'm anything but. DerrickS, I usually speak my mind and don't pull any punches. I asked a question to get a discussion going. You know both sides of a discussion. Instead of everyone joining into the "bless me club" atmosphere of let's see how far removed from Christianity we can go and still be part of the Kingdom.
Just thought I would find out what is on people's minds when they sit down and watch Star Trek, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and the rest of the fantasy and horror flims with the Holy Ghost and Christian back ground.
I just wanted to ask.

Hardly the case. I believe it is more a knee jerk response, when angelic people are asked certain questions. They know that they shouldn't be watching movies that are PG-13, or R rated, but they do it anyway and when someone asks them waz up, they get nasty. No biggie, we can deal with it.
Don't get mad at me.
