I don't think the Authentic Church is UPC....Seems like they're trying to distance themselves (IMO). I think Francis is doing a good work.

The technicality lies in that one is UPCI as a minister, for the most part.
Is he no longer licensed?

Nevertheless, my point still stands. If that guy ever was oneness, he definitely isn't anymore.
