Re: Did Anyone Over Eat??? BE HONEST
Ok, ok, I confess. I overate today. We had:
Turkey (from Honeybaked Ham)
Dressing
Green Beans
Shoepeg Corn
Sweet Potato Casserole
"Pink Stuff" - don't ask; we have it every year
Rolls
Mashed Potatoes/Gravy
Macaroni & Cheese
Cranberry Sauce
Pecan Pie
Pumpkin Pie
Gooey Cake
Fudge
Tomorrow I will pay for it, but I sure did enjoy it today!

GREAT NEWS!!!! Way to go.
To answer the thread.... I have to admit that I did not overeat yesterday. We had turkey, dressing etc. I had a sufficient quantity but was not stuffed at all. We just had an enjoyable amount without being too full.
Also... back to ronharvey. I still have MUCH weight left to lose... but over the last 3 years I have lost 120 pounds. It is a slow pace but I am moving in the right direction.
Congratulations again on your weight loss.

WOW! WTG D4T.
That's very impressive. Slow pace, IME, means lifestyle changes vs dieting. Lifestyle changes usually stick around a little longer for me (although I am losing this same weight for the 2nd time after my last baby...bleh).

Don't blame me if you get fat! LOL!
But since I broke most of them while packing them, the calories escaped.

Re: Did Anyone Over Eat??? BE HONEST
I can say I have never over-eaten in my life. What? I have to be honest??? Oh. Well, never mind then.

I rarely over eat. To over eat could mean getting sick to my stomach
