We need to work on coming up with a workable solution, rather than bickering about what they're contributing, what they're not contributing, how they got here, who we can punish the most between them and employers, etc. Put the fence up, stop the flow, and figure out what we can do with the ones who are here.

Don't you think the whole issue is because of the "contribution" factor - positive or negative? I mean, we have to have the basis of an issue, don't we?
