I have enough scripture to prove it wasn't a physical ailment, and I'm willing to debate one person only, as the rest on-look.
I restate my stance, Paul's thorn wasn't a physical ailment.

It may or may not have been a physical ailment and the truth is that God doesn't heal everything. Never has, never will. He certainly can, but He doesn't. Anyone who's not brain dead knows that. Not every one has been healed.
Whatever Paul's thorn was, the principle is that God does not remove every negative thing in our lives. I believe that we will all be left "broken" in some area. I will glory in the thing that I am "broken" in and rely on Jesus Christ for overcoming power.

You complete avoided why this thorn was implemented in Paul's life.
Furthermore, healing is the children's bread.
John 6: 38
For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
Jesus clearly stated He came to accomplish the will of His father. Through the ministry of Jesus, He healed all who petitioned him, excluded those that didn't believe.
The father's will included physical healing, as so diligently Jesus presented throughout the bible's text!
Jesus heals all, He is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
God is still the same, it's humanity that has shifted positions!

The thorn was so that he would not be exalted in himself.
And also, I don't know what planet you live on, but Jesus does NOT heal everyone and has not healed everyone. Not even those who have called upon His name and have been anointed with oil etc. I have seen many miracles, but not everyone gets healed. God is in control of it not us.

Physician heal thyself, talk about mental disorders.
