When I was a teenager I use to go look at the spot where the police officer died. It was in our neighborhood. Made me sadder than the president's death. I think because he was just doing his job.
I really don't believe the truth will ever come out. I think JFK's own party had him killed.

Off topic but A&E did a documentary called "The Men Who Killed Kennedy". It had me wide-mouthed the whole time I watched it. I even ordered the DVD set. It is one of the most fascinating things I've seen.

I saw that A&E special too. The History channel has a good series on the Kennedy assignation, too. I think Oswald was a pawn in the game. My husband says to look at who benefited from the murder- LBJ- and that is who is behind the assignation.
