The bologna was about 3/4 inch thick and over six inches in diameter (yes it hung off the sides of the bun), it was dipped in mild sauce and grilled. It was Good!!!

I'm not much of a bologna eater, but I like it fried when I do eat it. It is not bad with fried eggs and toast.

We just called it round steak, didn't have to be Tennessee.

It is 10:00 a.m., and the temp. is 94°F, the forecast is for it to get to 100°F, but with it being this warm already, I think we will probably go higher than that.

So, I am grumpy. I think I am going up to the mountains tomorrow, they are having a lilac festival, that will be a good escape and it is just 30 minute drive.

I do cook fried bologna with eggs and toast if I don't have breakfast meat. I guess that is the southern blood in me!!
