Well Ron, that is because you are a Canadian. Ribs is more of a Kansas City thing. We do COW here in texas. Brisket is KING in texas, altough the ribs arent bad, for my money either Kansas City BBQ or Memphis (which is really a version of KC BBQ) is the best.

Yeah... I have a friend who is about to happen upon a few mil...

He said that we are about the only ones that aren't hounding him about money... And I don't know how much longer we can hold out. LOL

Jk... I am finding it a privilege to prove our friendship as true.
