Services are 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at First Pentecostal Church in Bryant, Arkansas with interment in Pinecrest. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the church.

Yes, I could see that happening!

Sad to hear of his passing, made an impact on me as a kid. My mom says that I used to quote him all the time when I was little, like 5 or 6 years old. Quite a conviction preacher.

I was privileged to be a part of an evangelists workshop at GC 13 or 14 years ago. Bro Mahaney was to teach a class about how to give an effective altar call. He got up and said "I don't have a clue how to give an effective altar call" He said I can tell you this, "you need the anointing, its the anointing that breaks the yoke!"


We had a move of God in that class, tongues and interpretation! I'll never forget it!!

I will miss him. He was one of a kind.

The funeral was 3 hours long. there were 17 speakers!!!!!!
