Oh good grief....
The med examiner giving his statement as to the process of examination. He calls TM a "boy," and then later says TM was still alive after being shot..."still in pain," "still suffering."
West objected to the relevance, overruled. Then objected to speculation, Judge called for sidebar. The medical examiner interrupted the Judge to say, "It's my opinion," and the Judge said she needed to address the object, not him.
Win for West...Judge finally sustained the objection.

The ME's comments about TM still being alive actually helps the Defense. It backs up GZ's story and shows the strong possibility that TM could have moved his arms/hands to his chest after GZ got off of him [after having spread TM's arms out to his sides].

The ME has been coached good..he is giving answers of the questions before the Prosecution even asked them,he has them memorized..lol

Not just that, but his comments about TM "suffering" and "in pain," TM a "boy," being 17 years old....IMO it's a biased testimony for the Pros.
Will this wit be asked about the toxicology report, showing marijuana in his system?

Did this wit ever answer the question of how tall TM was? He was asked several times, but didn't directly answer it. Did he finally answer that question?
Judge needs to get this wit under control. He keeps interrupting the objections from the Def.
