There are enough questions surrounding this case that zim should have been arrested from day 1.

So you think the Sanford PA did not investigate? Didn't they bring Zimmerman in and question him?
It's a sad situation all the way around, made even sadder by the exploitation of race baiting poverty pimps like Jackson and Sharpton.

Basically, there is no "probable cause" in the charging instrument.
Read this on Twitter: "I'm extremely disappointed in @PamBondi for appointing Angela Corey to begin with. Bondi had to know what this Corey scumbag was like."

JD - do you really believe that a judge is not going to find probable cause in this case?
Again, did the judge want his/her face splashed all across the news as being the new focus for denying justice?
Sort of reminds me of Pilate washing his hands...

Full Affidavit included in article.
Quote:
Affidavit of Probable Cause destroys claim Zimmerman used racial epithet
There is nothing else in the affidavit to indicate racial motivation, although there is a cryptic reference that Martin “was profiled by Zimmerman,” although what type of profiling is not specified.

Re: Anger + Sadness = RAGE
The fact that he's charged and arrested don't really mean anything according to the facts.
First of all the prosecutor refused the grand jury. It could be reasoned that the grand jury, an anonymous group, would have not found enough to charge but with the media outrage Zimmerman had to be charged. People would attack the prosecutor if they failed at the Grand Jury. Then with the 2nd degree murder charge not enough to warrant a grand jury but maybe enough to appease the people. Then if he's truly believed not guilty this over charging does 2 things: appease the media/people's outrage for now and when all the evidence comes out at trial it'll allow for his acquittal. And if a judge didn't find probable cause they get there name tossed around in the media especially because Zimmerman's father is a judge I think.
But if he's guilty then its the right move.
Politically speaking, it was no move but to charge him, guilty or not guilty.
