Again you did not read the whole chapter. Jesus said what he required of the rich man was IMPOSSIBLE FOR MAN. But not impossible for God. Why did you not read that? Jesus was actually saying THERE IS NO GOOD DEED GOOD ENOUGH TO SAVE YOU. What is required is impossible for any man to do. WITH MAN THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE. Jesus required the man to realize that he cannot save himself by good deeds, since the man asked what good deed must he do to inherit eternal life.

Anyone who thinks they're saved by good deeds is as lost as the devil is lost. WITH MAN THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE.

This is so ironic. Walks and Zeep have proposed self-righteousness amongst anyone who says all Moslems are lost. Meanhwile they preach the most rank case of self-righteousness in existence! SALVATION BY WORKS. if righteousness comes as a gift by Christ's obedience imputed to us, then that is God's own righteousness, and not our own, that we receive. Self righteousness is self achieving righteousness on self's own ability to do good.

God GIFTS us with HIS PERSONAL RIGHTEOUSNESS that we cannot achieve in our good deeds.

Rom 10:3 KJV For they being ignorant of God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.

Php 3:9 KJV And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

Rom 3:21-22 KJV But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; (22) Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:

He gives righteousness to those who BELIEVE, not to those who do good deeds. If people did good deeds to be righteous they would have attained SELF-=RIGHTEOUSNESS. And for this cause moslems are lost for hell. Until they accept God's righteousness which is by faith before we have the chance to do one good deed, they are LOST.

Not sure that is true. You have threatened to get some of your buddies to sign up here on AFF. It shows you have the propensity for Jihad and would likely engage if you were in the majority. You threw that threat down pretty easy, IMO.
