Lobsters are moving north of Long Island because of pollution which cause disease to their shells.

He makes an excellent argument against Climate Change. I know Ferd would appreciate it.

Ted Cruz fact checks Politifact.
PolitiFact’s ‘Fact Check’ Misses the Truth about the Iran Deal
by Ted Cruz September 15, 2015 2:33 PM @tedcruz
As I wrote in my new book A Time for Truth, “PolitiFact” represents a new species of yellow journalism, where liberal reporters dress up as “facts” their liberal opinions and accuse anyone who disagrees with them of “lying.”

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
Ted Cruz Is Right on Planned Parenthood Funding
Star Parker
Ted Cruz is once again talking about government shutdown. This time it is about funding for Planned Parenthood.
And once again it is not going over well with some in his party.
Many still have not forgiven Cruz for leading the shutdown in 2013 over raising the debt ceiling.
But the latest Congressional Budget Office projections show no abatement of growth of the national debt, and CBO indicates in its latest report that this has "serious negative consequences for the nation."
At what point do you not continue to "go along to get along" with policies that are destroying our country?
Ted Cruz is right. It is time for tough, uncompromising measures from those who truly see the dangers in front of us and care about the American future.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
Senator Ted Cruz's first television ad. Unafraid to address the issue head on.
It’s a homage to Ronald Reagan’s “Bear In The Woods” ad from 1984, but this one has to do with militant Islam and the fact that virtually no one in the Democrat Party is willing to even credit it as a threat.

Written by Politico of all places.
Ted Cruz, Sitting Pretty
If the general environment fits Cruz nicely, the dynamic of the campaign is favorable to him, too.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
I didn't see most of the debate, unfortunately. My mobile app for CNN didn't work and the stream on CNNGo was giving me an error. I finally found a stream on some website that captures feeds from different channels, but even that kept freezing so much I eventually gave up.
I did see Cruz talk about Iran and about his experience before the SCOTUS. He did superb.
I've read complaints that he was marginalized, ignored and interrupted at the debate, and hopefully he'll come out of the corner a bit more and press to make his voice heard.

Yes, he was certainly marginalized. This article gets the point.

Ted Cruz: The Biggest Elephant in the Room
All of the candidates are evolving to conservative ideals -- except Ted Cruz. Cruz has been steadfast and spot on from his conservative upbringing. Cruz did not need to be convinced of the sanctity of life by graphic videos like Carly, Christie, and Kasich; and Cruz clearly did not need trial and error to understand the sacred bedrock of constitutional principles like Jeb and Ben Carson.
In fact, I bet Ted Cruz is the only candidate that has our Constitution memorized.
Cruz earned his distinction the hard way. Campaign talk is cheap; Cruz has done what he promised after being elected.

Re: Sen. Ted Cruz Makes It Official
This is why the GOP Establishment wants him marginalized, why they are worried and don't want to give him debate time.
His key quotes from the CNN debate:
Consistently Opposed Amnesty
“What are the records of the various candidates? And this is an issue on which there are stark differences. A majority of the men and women on this stage have previously and publicly embraced amnesty. I am the only candidate on this stage who has never supported amnesty and, in fact, who helped lead the fight to stop a massive amnesty plan.
“In 2013, when Barack Obama and Harry Reid joined the Washington Republicans in a massive amnesty plan, I stood shoulder to shoulder with Jeff Sessions helping lead the fight.”
Defunding Planned Parenthood
“I’m proud to stand for life. These Planned Parenthood videos are horrifying… We shouldn’t be sending $500 million of taxpayer money to funding an ongoing criminal enterprise.
“And I’ll tell you, the fact is that Republican leadership in both houses has begun this discussion by preemptively surrendering to Barack Obama because Obama threatens a veto. You know, Obama is committed to his principles. His liberal principles, he will fight for them. He says, ‘I will veto any budget that doesn’t fund Planned Parenthood’ and Republicans surrender. We need to stop surrendering and start standing for our principles.”
Stopping Iranian Nuclear Deal
“If I am elected President, on the very first day in office, I will rip to shreds this catastrophic Iranian nuclear deal.
“Enemies across this world will know the United States is not to be trifled with, ISIS will be defeated, we will have a President willing to utter the words Radical Islamic Terrorism and the Ayatollah Khamenei will understand that he will never ever ever acquire nuclear weapons.
“We need a commander-in-chief who will stand up and protect this country. I can’t wait to stand on that debate stage with Hillary Clinton and to make abundantly clear if you vote for Hillary, you are voting for the Ayatollah Khamenei to possess a nuclear weapon. And if you elect me as president, under no circumstances will a theocratic Ayatollah who chants ‘death to America’ ever be allowed to acquire a nuclear weapon.”
Defending the Second Amendment
“Just a couple of years ago, when Harry Reid and Barack Obama came after the right to bear arms of millions of Americans, I was proud to lead the fight in the United States Senate to protect our right to keep and bear arms. And for that reason, I was honored to be endorsed by Gun Owners of America as the strongest supporter of the Second Amendment on this stage today and I will fight every day to defend the Bill of Rights.”
If Elected President
“You want to know what I’ll do as president? It’s real simple. We’ll kill the terrorists. We’ll repeal Obamacare. And we will defend the Constitution – every single word of it.”
