Here are some articles I wrote proving that speaking in tongues is valid and for today.

James do you believe it is the necessary initial and universal sign of the baptism of the Holy Ghost? Do all your EF moderators believe this (as stated in first question)?
Stating tongues to be a predominant theme in Acts and 1 Corinthians might be stretching it .... no?

Read the last article on that link: Confusion of Tongues. I presented this paper at Liberty University and scored high marks even though I debunked the cessationist view of Belleshaw in Bibliotheca Sacra.

At any rate, please read this properly. I was not saying we can do a translation tomorrow night. As I have said, since the beginning, it may be a long time before we get to such a place. I would like to see a study bible as Baron mentioned. I think though the Oneness scholars should prepare for this, all the more since it does not happen overnight. I would also surmise that the process of translation would be open and nothing hidden. Just thoughts of times in the future.

Thanks for the update.

Yes, I do believe speaking in tongues is the initial evidence. Maybe we can discuss this topic at our next conference. We are wanting to move from greater to lesser realities. That is why we are starting with the Existence of God.

The only initial universal sign?
Again, do all of the Apostolic contributors and moderators at EF believe this .... Medina, Dulle, Perkins, et al?

Re: Oneness Pentecostal Apologetics Conference
James, can you share your criteria for saying tongues is a predominant theme in Acts and 1 Corinthians. .... I would lead towards it being a major theme in the latter.
For example, in the historical narrative I find tongues in 2 of the 21 conversions to Christ found in Acts and a rare instance of xenolalia in Acts 2 that is not replicated in every instance today.
