Re: Anger + Sadness = RAGE

I believe that Zimmerman saw a suspicious guy walking around in the rain in a neighborhood where there had been break ins and decided to look into it. He likely knew that the police would not get there until this suspicious man was long gone, so he decided to follow the person and see whatthey were up to. I think he ran after Trayvon, Trayvon at some point attacked Zimmerman for having the audacity to follow him and Zimmerman shot him in self defense.

If it turns out via the evidence and not the trumped up public outrage, that Zimmerman just killed Trayvon without cause then I hope he goes to jail as he should. If he is found innocent and the evidence shows Trayvon attacked Zimmerman then I feel bad for him, but when you attack someone for doing nothing more than following you when you are in their neighborhood...you get what you get.

There's a fundamental difference between following and chasing. Either way, you can teach your children to cooperate with strange armed men who chase them for no reason. I, for one, hope that a precedence is set in this case that will preclude it from happening in the future. If I had a teenage child and I caught a grown man chasing him or her for no reason, he would have to deal with me.

Let's wait for the full evidence, if the evidence proves Zimmerman did nothing wrong, what will be your response? What will be the black community's in Stanford's response? More killing?

If the evidence proves Zimmerman is a fault, I support him being arrested and taken to trial. If not, his life is ruined, because the race baiters will hound him without end. The libs are going use this sad young man's death for political purposes for years to come, no matter how is turns out.
When he initially called 911, he said Martin was in a public area...near the clubhouse I believe. They didn't end up between the buildings until he ran away from the truck following him.
Do you want any strange man doing that to your child?

My child is not a white girl, so what do you propose I tell him to do when he is walking from the store, a strange man begins to follow him, then chase him when he tries to run away from him?
And anybody who objectively listens to the 911 call can tell clearly that the operator is telling him he shouldn't follow.

How to you come to that conclusion?

SANFORD, FL (RNN) - The embattled neighborhood watch captain who admitted to shooting and killing a Florida teenager will be facing charges, according to the Washington Post.

Citing a law enforcement official involved in the case, the Post said Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey will announce as soon as Wednesday afternoon that charges will be filed against George Zimmerman for the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

It is unclear what charges he will face.

Simply because he was armed.

When my son reaches his teen years I will teach him many things. Among them...theres no reason to go out walking in the rain late at night in other folks neighborhoods. If you choose to do so...expect peopel to be suspicious.

Also, if someone is following you, either call the police, go to a house and knock on the door to ask for help, run away, or you could even ask the person what they want. They may just wonder why you are walking around their neighborhood in the rain when you don't live there.

At no point will I teach him, hide and then jump the person when they get close enough.

Wait, so because he was armed you believe he was the aggressor?

So what? Armed = aggressive and just itching to kill someone?

No, but I believe he thought because he was he could handle a situation. This is just my opinion.
