Firstly Jesus taught if you have a problem with someone talk with them about it.
If you bring a charge you need two or three witness.

Folks it's not rocket science. Opinion is not always fact. If you are throwing down on someone you ought to be willing to back it up.

Maybe instead of thrashing folks if we really had the love of Jesus we'd be praying and fasting for them.
