look up the references to "skirt" and "skirts" in your KJV and you will see that it usually pertains to men and some times to God. According to the KJV, skirts are for human men and for God.

Wow I'd love for ten men to grab a hold of me and say "We'll go with you, because we have heard God is with you". I'd wear a mans skirt if need be for this to happen.
