Well surely...you can post a summary of the data you've collected at some point...so we can all review it and discuss it...and make presumptions and assumptions about the materialism or lack thereof of other members....

I believe that the poll itself serves as a summary does it not?

Well..if you put the annual incomes, the cost of the houses, and the square footage all together...that's easier to look at.

Well... I started the first thread... and each of the other three threads were started because someone suggested it.

That is something that I would have the capability of doing but due to several posts with sneaky suspicions of what I am up to I will refrain from doing so.

I think that would be the wiser path.

You are not alone… many people do... but it isn’t really in all that you make anyway… it is how you manage what God gives you… and adapting to that. Most people who make a lot more have a lot more headaches… so keep your head up... God provides for his own.

I manage to support 3 growing teenagers on my salary of $28,000 a year. When I get child support (and currently I am) I almost feel downright rich. *grin* I have a nice home, late model car, no CC debt, and no body is starving… we have decent clothes and we are blessed. I don’t get help from the govt, but do accept the “free/reduced” lunch program at the kid’s school… my daughter was asked at lunch this past week why she was a “free lunch kid?” She wasn’t poor…and the girl stated the reasons why she felt we weren’t….. and she was right… from the outside looking in, most people would never know. We are blessed, but I also think that makes me a great money manager and I take a little bit of pride in that… uhh… am I suppose to? If not, well then God forgive me.

The amount of people that make over 50k yet alone that make over 75k is surprising.
This makes me feel like a looser...........I barely make 30k.

So...so far the majority of those polled make between $100 and $150,000/year.

I would be curious to know how many of those have multiple incomes? (Both husband and wife working, or working more than one job.)
