I read Warran's book PDC and it was ok. I wasn't super impressed with it. I got more out of Bro. David K. Bernard's, Growing a Church: Seven Apostolic Principles.

I like Rick, have used and will use his stuff in the future, he might not be Apostolic in doctrine but he has much wisdom.

FYI: After the success of his book, Rick Warren gave back every dollar the church ever gave him. To this day takes nothing from the church.
I was with one of his very close friends this week and he shared this with me.

Isnt this amazing? The media hounds can not find any dirt on him because he has such integrity with his money.
