My wife caught wind of a theory from a rather liberal friend on Facebook that the "plan" is for Biden to resign from the office of the presidency after his inauguration, so Kamala Harris can become president. She will then nominate Hillary Clinton as Vice President.

Kamala picks Hillary? That would be pretty hilarious. 
I just don't think so, but anything is possible. Look Joe Biden got the most votes of any president in history.
