You NEED to actually read their source.

First of all there was NO confession that Israel fired rockets to make it seem like Hamas

Second the source is based on a report that Israeli agents throw rocks...yes rocks, at IDF soldiers when they were undercover as Palestinians

That's proof of nothing other than they had spies amongst the palestinians

Hamas spent their money on tunnels and rockets...why not bomb shelters?
