We can agree to disagree but they have always acted as if they were acting on behalf of Christ.

From the way they have their confessions to the way they sold indulgences for a ticket to Heaven, to the way they made up the doctrine of purgatory and so on.

They always conducted themselves as if they were acting on behalf of Christ. This is what every church strives to do.

What I am claiming is that when the Southern Democrats switched parties, they brought their racial animus with them.

This is why the Republican party has the diversity problem it has today-- their party was hijacked by Democrats who changed names but were clearly racist.

you both obviously seek to reflect Christ, imo. We are just all at the mercy of our information, which only comes to us via others and their agenda. For what it's worth, i have found huge differences in virtually any people and their official dogmas.

I don't believe the Republican party has a diversity problem. It definitely has an image problem, yes, which it needs to better address.

Colin Powell was the first black Secretary of State. Condoleezza Rice was the second. She was also the first woman to serve as head of the NSA. Alberto Gonzales was the first hispanic US Attorney General, as well as first hispanic White House Counsel.

There are many minorities who are Republicans. The MSM and others typically mock and belittle them, calling them Uncle Tom or worse.
