I've never asked brother epley for names, I'm only asking if he fellow shipped with folks who followed the doctrine of letting children suffer and sometimes die for lack of medical attention.
It seems that he has. I'm sure we know some of the same people, but that's not what this is about. This is about if that doctrine is from God or not.
Maybe on this thread you haven't asked for names, but you have asked for names. Would "this doctrine" been of God 200 years ago?

Exactly. Or would this doctrine been of God in the 1st century church?
Do you think it's of God for parents to watch their children suffer and sometimes die when there is medical help available? Is that pleasing to God?
Not the 1st Century church, but close.
Mar 5:25 And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years,
Mar 5:26 And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,

Nothing there about letting one's child suffer, and sometimes die, for lack of medical attention.
The lesson is, sometimes doctors can't help but the lesson isn't to not seek medical attention.
I think the medical attention for children is a difficult subject. I guess I go back and forth some on the freedoms parents should have. I don't think the government should be able to force most things. I read about this boy whose parents refused chemo for him....turns out he never had cancer! But then, there are times when parents are negligent. So, this is a very hard and gray area. I don't think that gives Steve Epley any excuse to sidestep the questions, just chiming in with my 2 cents.

The good elder didn't side step my friend. He stated clearly he does not teach avoiding g Drs. But been in fellowship with a pastor who does teach such. And named the fellow.

Yes, I know, but he consistently sidesteps questions. He has sidestepped many of mine, completely ignoring them altogether. I was just supporting the questioner, letting him know that is not unusual or personal to him.
