Seriously, can't you see these legal issues in the bill - going beyond TAX REVENUE?

The bill undermines States Sovereignty by giving states the ability to levy taxes beyond their own borders.
- The bill creates a situation where there is taxation without representation, putting businesses into jurisdictions that can audit them while keeping those businesses outside representation in that jurisdiction.
- The bill damages consumer privacy by forcing retailers to turn over customer data to state governments.

We already agreed pages ago of the far reaching EFFECTS of the bill. Once again I have to point out Im talking about WHY they voted on it and you are talking about the results of the bill

Yes but can't YOU see that I admitted what this bill will DO pages ago and reminded you that what I was discussing was not what the bill will DO but WHY these guys voted FOR it

You don't have to remind me of the EFFECTS of the bill as I said a LONG TIME ago that this is what the effects of the bill was

That is another issue from WHY they voted on it. I don't think you are reading what Im saying....

I also never said I agreed with it. I simply and ONLY said that the REASON they voted FOR it was for tax revenues. That was their REASON.

I never denied it was a bad bill that will have negative effects on ma and pa businesses. In fact several times I admitted to that

Big Business and Big Government have been sleeping in the same bed for decades plus. This has nothing to do with revenue. No amount of revenue will ever pay off the debt...no amount of revenue will ever stop the government from spending well above the taxes they bring in. They just keep printing money...and use the "more revenue" as a ploy to raise taxes, so they can keep people down. They want a society that solely relies on government to supply their needs...Power and control.
