As I said, if an innocent person is executed for his crimes, then the judges (if they committed any actions when it was apparent that the man was innocen) and the prosecutor should be held to the same punishment. Just because they are not does not mean that they should not be. This would also force judges, juries, and attornies to be more carefiul in making a conviction. I believe that all evidence of a person's guilt or innocence, not matter how it was acquired should be used. However there should be stiff penalties in place to deter abuse of this ability.
